We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background in on site civil delivery to join the engineering delivery team based in Blackburn.
Our Role:
As the Project Manager you will have a sound working knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts, customer relationships and health and safety ensuring that all our craftspeople, operational staff and sub-contractors have the correct skills, competencies and authorisations to carry out allocated work safely.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a background of delivering utility buildings (substations, generation plants etc) and utility civil infrastructure (plinths, troughs, roadways and drainage etc), ideally on sites with high voltage and generation equipment.
You will ensure all work is carried out with providing an excellent service to our customers, ensuring customer contract obligations and managing sub-contractor commercial terms.
Communicating with our customers is really important to us, you will share responsibility for managing customer communication, relationship building, variations to work, progress reporting and technical advice ensuring our customers are delighted in everything we do.
