objectives within agreed timescales. Our team of project managers work closely with the design team and the customer to deliver the materials,
resource and management required on each scheme, each installation is assessed individually to ensure the safest most appropriate method of
installation is employed.
WHY
Project management is important because it ensures what is being delivered, is right, and will deliver real value for the customer. Each client has
specifi requirements and the projects that we carry out on their behalf advance any objectives of their business needs.

We assist our customers to identify their duties under CDM regulations (2015) and are able offer our services to carry out certain roles on their

A simplifid method of how a project is delivered is shown below:
Initial Consultation
Meet the customer with the designer who has been the point of contact up to this point, ascertain the customers requirements and ambitions with regard
to completion, a customers anticipated “switch-on” date
is what we try to achieve each and every time, our customer satisfaction scores and repeat customer
engagement show we are effective at this.

During the installation works we monitor for H&S, quality and audit purposes all the various elements of delivery
involved with the scheme.
