Benny is one of our Apprentice Design Engineers here at ENWCML.
Benny signed up to the Apprenticeship Programme in 2022, so he could find a career which offered good progression and where he could learn lots of new skills to use within the Electrical Industry.
We asked Benny a few questions about his role at ENWCML:

Age: 23
Why did you sign up to this apprenticeship? I signed up to the Apprenticeship because I want to get into a career which has good progression and provides an excellent opportunity to learn new skills that I can take anywhere in the Electrical industry.
What do you enjoy most about being an apprentice at ENWCML? I enjoy the work and knowing that every day is something different. I am also happy with the fact that there is support available with work and other things and you are never alone.
What do you hope to do after graduating from your apprenticeship? After graduating I hope to become a successful design engineer with ENWCML.
Would you recommend it to others and why? ENWCML is a fantastic company to work with, it has good job security and there is something for everyone, whether you’re an established engineer or a beginner starting their journey.
